ANMA is designed to collect only the account and service data needed to operate the platform. This policy is a product baseline and should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch in each target jurisdiction.

Data we may process

Account identifiers, email address, country, company/profile information, saved system projects, subscription and entitlement records, security logs, and technical usage data required to operate the service.

Why we use it

To authenticate users, save projects, provide regional product information and future regional pricing, operate subscriptions, secure the service, improve reliability, and comply with applicable law.

Your choices and rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict or object to processing of personal data, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Privacy and account-data requests can be sent to anma.electric@gmail.com.

Retention and security

Account and project data should be retained only as long as needed for the service, legal obligations, backups and fraud/security purposes. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards should be applied. Saved projects are not deleted merely because Premium expires.

International users

The service is intended for users in multiple countries. Production deployment should document the hosting region, subprocessors, cross-border transfer mechanisms and any jurisdiction-specific disclosures, including GDPR/UK GDPR and applicable US state privacy requirements where relevant.
