Core terms

1. About the service

ANMA provides technical reference information, compatibility checks, engineering tools and digital save/export functions for projects. The service does not replace official manufacturer instructions, local codes, licensed engineering review or installer responsibility.

2. Account and access

Some features are free. Additional saved projects, PDF export or future professional features may require a paid plan. Users must provide accurate information and must not compromise the security of the service.

3. Payment and delivery of the digital service

• payments are processed online through available payment services;
• the service is digital: access to paid features is delivered electronically after successful payment confirmation;
• no physical shipping is provided unless separately agreed with the customer;
• current pricing and plan features are shown on the pricing page.

4. Subscription cancellation

ANMA Premium is billed in full 30-day periods. A user may cancel at any time, but cancellation applies only to the next billing period and subsequent periods. The current paid period remains active until it ends, after which no further automatic charge is made.

5. Refunds

Refund and mistaken-charge rules are described in the dedicated Refund Policy and form part of these terms.

6. Liability

Users must independently verify safety-critical technical parameters before purchasing, installing or commissioning equipment. Compatibility results and warning states are decision-support outputs, not final engineering approval.
